'A Fragrance Your Enemies Can't Resist': Trump Uses Jill Biden to Help Launch New Cologne Line

President-elect Donald Trump is introducing the "sweet smell of success," and, whether willingly or not, outgoing First Lady Jill Biden has been swept into the spectacle.

Trump shared a photo on Truth Social featuring himself with Jill Biden during Sunday’s rededication of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. The post doubled as a promotion for his new fragrance line.

The image captured Jill Biden glancing at Trump with a smile-like expression, accompanied by the tagline, “A Fragrance Your Enemies Can’t Resist!”

“These are my new Trump Perfumes & Colognes! I’ve named them Fight, Fight, Fight because they symbolize us WINNING,” Trump wrote.

“Perfect Christmas gifts for the family. Visit gettrumpfragrances.com/. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!” the post added.

The advertisement stirred up critics, eager to scrutinize the president-elect’s every move, as reported by USA Today.

“‘Under current law, Biden would likely have a strong argument that Trump’s use of her photo in advertising to promote a commercial product’ breaches legal protections against exploiting an individual’s image for ‘commercial gain without permission,’” noted Dotan Oliar, a University of Virginia law professor specializing in intellectual property, according to the outlet.

However, Rutgers University law professor Reid Kress Weisbord offered a different perspective, suggesting the case might not hold water.

“Even though Trump used Biden’s name and likeness in a social media post about perfumes, potentially for commercial purposes, the blend of humor and political messaging in the post likely invokes free speech protections,” Weisbord explained.

The Associated Press reported that Jill Biden’s office declined to comment on the matter.

Steven Cheung, Trump’s communications director, dismissed criticism, asserting that Trump’s unique communication style resonates with the public.

“President Trump is a messaging maestro, always relatable to everyday Americans. Meanwhile, many in the media are consumed by Trump Derangement Syndrome and fail to see beyond their biases,” Cheung said.

“President Trump will Make America Great Again. We’re returning to a sense of hope and optimism after a turbulent four years,” he added.

Trump also elaborated on the name of the fragrance in a promotional video.

“I’ve called them ‘Fight, Fight, Fight’ because they stand for winning. As a nation, as families, we need to win,” Trump explained.

“These scents embody strength, success, and confidence—for both men and women,” he said.

The collection, which includes bottles designed with gold-toned miniature statues of Trump, is priced at $199.
