Another Trans Suspect: Man Nailed by FBI as Horrific Would-Be Mass Shooter, Ends up Booked in Women's Jail

Authorities in Corpus Christi, Texas, have arrested a man accused of planning an attack similar to a previous deadly assault on law enforcement officers.
Seth “Andrea” Gregori was taken into custody and charged with terroristic threats impeding public service/causing public fear or serious bodily injury, as well as criminal trespass, according to KIII-TV.
While both the FBI and Corpus Christi police identified Gregori as a man, records from the Nueces County Jail listed Gregori as a woman, indicating that Gregori may be a transgender individual.

The 2016 attack referenced by the FBI resulted in the deaths of five Dallas police officers, according to ABC. Seven others were injured.
During that incident, Micah Xavier Johnson informed a hostage negotiator that his goal was to kill white people, specifically targeting law enforcement. He was ultimately neutralized by a bomb delivered via robot.
Authorities have not disclosed specifics regarding Gregori’s alleged plot.

“The Corpus Christi Police Department greatly appreciates the assistance of our local, state, and federal partners in helping to keep our community safe. Their support is vital to helping us accomplish our mission to reduce crime, the fear of crime, and enhance public safety,” stated a post on the police department’s website.
According to KIII, FBI Houston Public Information Officer Conor Hagen said additional details would be provided by the Nueces County District Attorney’s Office.

Prosecutor Sophie Moore told KIII, “Someone has been taken into custody on a warrant but no charges have been filed and nothing has been presented to the grand jury, but there is an ongoing investigation related to this individual.”
This arrest follows other recent incidents involving individuals accused of violent plots.
In February, law enforcement in Indiana apprehended a teenager who was biologically female but identified as male for allegedly planning an attack on classmates.
In January, a man identifying as a woman was arrested in Washington, D.C., after allegedly expressing a desire to kill prominent Republicans while in possession of knives and components for Molotov cocktails.
Additionally, Ryan Michael (Reily) English, a 24-year-old from Massachusetts, was detained after allegedly telling authorities he intended to assassinate Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, as reported by The New York Times.
This incident came shortly after reports surfaced regarding a 22-year-old Wisconsin woman involved in a 2014 murder who now claims to be a man.
