Biden Guilty of Crime Punishable by Death

Concerns over Joe Biden’s alleged betrayal of the nation are growing among many Americans, and David Horowitz, a former leftist, has penned a blistering critique of the Democratic president’s actions.

“His accusations might sound harsh to some, but there are countless Americans who believe Biden is guilty of treason and, at the very least, should be impeached for his shameless refusal to act in the best interests of this nation,” wrote Samantha Chang of the Western Journal in response to Horowitz’s takedown of Biden.

Many believe Biden is overseeing the final phase of a managed decline of the United States, inflicting severe damage on the nation’s reputation, alliances, security, economy, and sovereignty.

His presidency has been plagued by criminal and financial scandals that make his decades in the Senate, the House, and as Vice President appear almost respectable by comparison.

In a hard-hitting commentary published in Front Page Magazine under the headline, “How Should We Regard the President’s Treason?” Horowitz argued that Biden has spent years engaging in influence-peddling, prioritizing personal wealth over national stability, as Chang reported for WJ.

“Who is Joe Biden?” Horowitz asked. “The language we have been using to describe what has been happening to our country is so sanitized that the most fearless of our politicians and news commentators will go no further than wondering aloud whether Joe Biden might be ‘compromised’ by his influence-peddling side businesses with our enemies, China and Russia.”

According to 18 U.S. Code §2381, treason—a crime punishable by death—includes waging war against the U.S. or “giving aid and comfort” to its enemies.

Horowitz, a bestselling author known for Enemy Within and Dark Agenda: The War to Destroy Christian America, asserted that Biden’s actions constitute betrayal, but the political establishment and media refuse to hold him accountable.

“Here is the blunt and clarifying way to put his activities of the last several decades: ‘Joe Biden and his family have made themselves wealthy beyond their dreams by taking millions of dollars in bribes from foreign powers, chief among them our mortal enemy Communist China,’” he stated.

Horowitz outlined several ways in which Biden is allegedly contributing to the nation’s downfall, including:

• Encouraging a border crisis that has fueled the fentanyl epidemic.
• Concealing the origins of COVID-19 and avoiding accountability for China and Dr. Anthony Fauci.
• Mishandling the Afghanistan withdrawal, leading to $7 billion in U.S. military equipment falling into Taliban hands.

Horowitz noted that despite the devastating effects of the ongoing border crisis and fentanyl crisis, Biden has failed to challenge the governments of Mexico and China. “These attacks have taken place without America’s commander-in-chief issuing a single protest or threat against the governments of Mexico and China, even though his primary responsibility is the protection of American lives.”

Beyond the border crisis, Biden and Democratic leaders frequently condemned then-President Donald Trump whenever he criticized China for its role in the pandemic.

“Over one million Americans were killed by the coronavirus, a biological weapon funded by Dr. Anthony Fauci and America’s Centers for Disease Control, and created in a Chinese military lab in Wuhan,” Horowitz wrote. “The Chinese government lied about the contagious and deadly nature of the virus, and permitted millions of Wuhan inhabitants to travel abroad for the Lunar New Year and infect the globe.”

He continued: “Immediately after the World Health Organization formally declared the spread a ‘pandemic,’ President Trump barred Chinese travel to America, an act for which he was viciously attacked by the leaders of the Democrat Party, including Joe Biden who described Trump’s precautionary travel ban as ‘hysterical and xenophobic,’ ‘fear mongering’ and ‘racist.’”

Chang further highlighted Horowitz’s argument, emphasizing that Biden’s repeated pattern of shielding foreign adversaries raises serious concerns about where his true loyalties lie.

“The list of such cover-ups to protect the Chinese Communist dictatorship is long and depressing,” Horowitz wrote. “It includes the White House’s stone-walling of congressional efforts to investigate the origins of the pandemic that killed 9 million people globally.

“It includes similar stone-walling on otherwise inexplicable blunders that turned Afghanistan and its hapless citizens over to the Taliban and China, along with seven multi-billion-dollar air bases and tens of thousands of advanced weapons, and that made hostages of those who helped us during the 20-year war.”

Chang concluded by quoting Horowitz:

““We don’t know exactly what American interests the president has betrayed to earn his ill-gotten wealth, but it doesn’t take rocket science to know that ‘betrayal’ is the appropriate verb to describe what he has done.”
