Biden Humiliated U.S. with Surprise Move at Key International Meeting: Report

Questions regarding whether President Joe Biden is healthy enough to serve as commander-in-chief continue to proliferate.

Speculation about Biden’s mental acuity dates back before 2020 but intensified significantly following the first general election presidential debate on June 27. During this debate, the president stumbled over his words, appeared confused, and generally seemed unwell.

A Monday report from The Wall Street Journal is unlikely to quell these concerns.

Instead, it seemingly confirmed that Biden’s lackluster mental state has been impacting his presidential responsibilities for years.

According to the report, Secretary of State Antony Blinken filled in for Biden during a crucial meeting with German officials in June 2022.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz had arranged the event to discuss the Russia-Ukraine conflict with President Biden.

Aware of the president’s difficulty with late-night meetings, German officials scheduled the meeting earlier in the evening, the Journal reported.

Nonetheless, to Scholz’s surprise, Biden did not attend.

Blinken stepped in to take the president’s place.

When questioned about Biden’s absence from this significant meeting, Blinken announced that the president had gone to bed.

That’s right: The president of the United States canceled an important early-evening meeting with foreign leaders at the last minute because he “had to go to bed,” two individuals reportedly present at the meeting told the Journal.

Biden officials denied Blinken’s quote, with State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller saying that the secretary of state “never said that or anything like it.”

However, if true, the story aligns with other reporting from the Wall Street Journal over the years.

The Journal also reported that senior Biden aides rejected the idea of having the president make weekly cross-country trips in 2022 due to concerns about the strain it would place on his health.

Despite a steady stream of negative reports like this, President Biden continues to resist growing calls from Democrats for him to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race.

In a Monday call with his donors obtained by Politico, Biden was adamant that he’s “done talking about the debate.”

“We need to move forward. Look, we have roughly 40 days til the convention, 120 days til the election. We can’t waste any more time being distracted,” Biden said.
