Biden Suffers Brutal Court Loss – Trump Is The Ultimate WINNER

The Biden administration’s decision to stop selling materials designated for constructing the Southern border wall marks a significant victory for President-elect Donald Trump.

This decision, announced Friday—just weeks before Trump’s inauguration—comes after a court ruling earlier this year mandated the administration to use funds legally allocated for the border wall.

Although opposition from Democrats and establishment Republicans hindered the project during Trump’s first term, the president-elect has pledged to prioritize its completion after receiving strong electoral support.

The administration’s reversal followed Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s appeal to a federal court to investigate whether selling the border wall materials at “pennies on the dollar” violated any laws.

“Attorney General Ken Paxton secured a victory for President-elect Donald Trump’s border-security agenda during a hearing today before a federal judge,” a statement from Paxton’s office declared. “The hearing was called at Attorney General Paxton’s request to uncover potential legal violations committed by the Biden Administration after recent reports that segments of the border wall were auctioned off for pennies on the dollar.”

The press release further stated:

“The Biden Administration confirmed to the court today that it will agree to an order preventing the outgoing administration from disposing of any further border wall materials over the next 30 days—allowing President Trump to use those materials as he sees fit. This will be adopted as an order of the court, making it enforceable if any violations occur.”

Additionally, the court confirmed Texas’s entitlement to documentation verifying that the Biden administration adhered to an injunction secured by Paxton in May 2024. The injunction required the administration to use funds allocated for the border wall, after prior attempts to redirect those funds were ruled illegal. If evidence emerges that border wall materials purchased with these funds were sold in violation of the injunction—or if the Department of Justice made false statements about the materials being auctioned—those responsible could face sanctions or contempt charges.

“We have successfully blocked the Biden Administration from disposing of any further border wall materials before President Trump takes office,” Paxton said.

“This follows our major victory forcing Biden to build the wall, and we will hold his Administration accountable for illegally subverting our Nation’s border security until their very last day in power, especially where their actions are clearly motivated by a desire to thwart President-elect Trump’s immigration agenda,” he added.

In a parallel effort, President-elect Trump filed an amicus brief urging a federal court to halt further sales of border wall materials by the Biden administration.

According to Fox News, the brief supported a lawsuit filed by Texas and Missouri demanding an immediate stop to the sales, which it described as “potentially criminal.”

“The Court should issue an order directing the Defendants to immediately stop any ongoing sale of border-barrier materials to private parties pending the Court’s review of Defendant’s conduct,” the brief stated. “The Court should swiftly conduct a searching examination of the Government’s conduct, by formal discovery if necessary, to examine the Government’s compliance with the law, the Constitution, and the Court’s injunction.”

Reports from the Daily Wire revealed that the Biden administration had quietly been selling the materials at steep discounts for months.

Trump’s brief argued that the sales were part of a deliberate effort to undermine pro-border policies:

“The Biden administration is deliberately selling off border-wall materials at a major financial loss to the Government to obstruct the pro-wall policy of Congress and President Trump. Such conduct likely constitutes a criminal act, such as a conspiracy to defraud the United States.”

“At the very least, the reported conduct raises troubling concerns of potentially criminal behavior,” the brief concluded.
