Bombshell Report: FBI Obstruction May Be Protecting Accomplices to Would-Be Trump Assassin

Last summer, President Donald Trump narrowly escaped an assassination attempt, yet to this day, there’s still little clarity about the shooter’s true motives.
There are also growing signs that the gunman, Thomas Matthew Crooks, might not have operated on his own during the July 13 incident in Butler, Pennsylvania — and concerns are mounting that the FBI may be blocking efforts to fully investigate what happened, leaving behind more questions than answers after one man lost his life.
Doug Hagmann, who is leading a team of six investigators working for a private client, spoke to the New York Post on Thursday about their findings so far.
His team has been analyzing geofencing data linked to devices found in places tied to Crooks — including his residence, the shooting range where he practiced, the rally site in Butler, and Bethel Park High School, where he once attended.
Beyond technology, the team has also conducted more than 100 interviews over the course of the past six months.
Hagmann told the paper, “We don’t think he acted alone.”
“This took a lot of coordination,” he said firmly.
In Hagmann’s view, “Crooks was handled by more than one individual, and he was used for this.” He went even further, saying, “And I wouldn’t preclude the possibility that there were people at the rally itself helping him.”
Hagmann described being physically escorted out of Butler County twice while his team was on the ground investigating.
He believes the people responsible for removing him were either federal agents or working for a private security force.
“One can assist in an operation like this by omission or standing down,” Hagmann noted. “There are people still out there involved in this case that need to be brought to justice.”
Hagmann isn’t alone in voicing concerns about potential federal interference.
Rep. Clay Higgins, a Republican from Louisiana, has also been conducting his own investigation into the attempted assassination for months.
However, unlike Hagmann, Higgins leans toward the belief that Crooks was the sole shooter — but that prescription drugs could have contributed to his actions.
“Something happened to make him go crazy, and that’s why I think it might have been pharmaceuticals,” Higgins told the Post.
“He performed an attempted assassination, and he was committed all the way through — to death,” Higgins continued. “He was not acting erratic, but he was a wild lunatic at the same time, incredibly calculating and incredibly smart.”
Regardless of the exact cause, Higgins also alleged that the FBI has stood in the way of his attempts to uncover the full story.
It’s no secret that many entrenched figures in the government are far from fans of Trump — and some likely would have welcomed seeing now-former Vice President Kamala Harris take over the White House instead.
With each passing day, week, and month, the American public remains largely in the dark about the full story behind this attempt on a sitting president’s life. And with every roadblock and unanswered question, the FBI only makes itself look increasingly complicit.
