BREAKING: TOP BIG NAME TRUMP ALLIES HIT WITH BRUTAL RETALIATION

Rudy Giuliani, along with five other former Trump campaign officials and former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, faced indictments on Wednesday from an Arizona grand jury on criminal charges related to the Trump campaign's objections to the 2020 election results. The indictment, which names Trump as a “unindicted co-conspirator,” includes allegations of conspiracy, fraud, and forgery.

State senators Jake Hoffman and Anthony Kern, former Arizona GOP chairwoman Kelli Ward, and Arizona’s RNC committeeman Tyler Bowyer are among the eleven other Republicans charged as alternate electors and accused of felony fraud and forgery by leftist prosecutors.

Similar charges have been brought in Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona, where defendants are accused of felonies tied to conspiracy, fraud, and forgery.

“The defendants and unindicted coconspirators conspired to obstruct the lawful transfer of the presidency to keep Unindicted Coconspirator 1 in office against the will of Arizona’s voters,” the 58-page indictment states.

In total, eighteen Republicans close to former President Trump from Arizona have been indicted, including Trump's former lawyer.

In a video message released on Wednesday, Mayes, who narrowly lost in the 2022 election, announced the indictment, emphasizing the importance of upholding American democracy and the thorough investigation conducted by the assigned investigators and attorneys.

“We’re here because justice demands accountability for the efforts allegedly taken by the defendants and other unindicted co-conspirators to undermine Arizona’s voters during the 2020 presidential election,” Mayes said. “Arizona’s election was legitimate. The defendants allegedly schemed to obstruct the lawful transfer of the presidency. Whatever their motives, the plot to break the law must be addressed, and I was elected to uphold our state's laws.”

Mayes criticized the process of convening alternate electors, labeling it a “scheme” that would have disenfranchised Arizona voters and rendered their votes meaningless.

Stephen Miller, founder of America First Legal, criticized the indictment, questioning why Republican prosecutors haven't taken action against Democratic officials who violated election laws in 2020.

“Democrats are using harsh law enforcement tactics to imprison innocent political rivals. Those who pursued legal remedies are facing serious consequences. Democrats who broke election laws should be arrested, not those seeking legal remedies,” Miller said in a post on X.

“If the GOP understands the challenges ahead or is too focused on other issues like Ukraine remains to be seen.”

If convicted, the defendants could face lengthy prison sentences.

The story is still developing.
