Donald Trump’s ‘Hat Hair’ Sets Social Media on Fire

Donald Trump ignited a wave of online chatter after unveiling what appeared to be a new hairstyle during a meeting with MAGA supporters at his Florida golf club.

The 78-year-old president-elect was seen sporting a short, slicked-back hairdo at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach on Tuesday.

This hairstyle marked a significant departure from the trademark bouffant that has long been synonymous with his public image, as reported by the UK’s DailyMail.com.

It remains uncertain whether Trump, who was last seen with his iconic hairstyle during a press conference on Monday, has made a permanent change or simply adopted a more casual look for his time at the club.

Nonetheless, the alteration took social media by surprise. Some users referred to the swept-back style as “hat hair” and remarked that the President-elect appeared in “rare form.”

One commenter humorously noted that they’d be “rushing to the salon” to request the “Trump 2025 look.”

A brief 21-second video shared on X by MAGA supporter Michael Solakiewicz captured the moment Trump revealed his new hairstyle at the golf club on Tuesday.

Clad in golfing attire, including a Trump-branded polo shirt, and holding a red MAGA hat, Trump addressed the crowd, asking, “Is everybody having a good time?” to which he received an enthusiastic response. He then followed up with, “Is everybody a Republican?”

Earlier this week, Trump shared his thoughts on unidentified flying objects spotted over Eastern states.

Speaking from Mar-a-Lago, the 47th president appeared alongside SoftBank Group CEO Masayoshi Son to announce the company’s plans to invest $100 billion in the United States over the next four years.

Following the announcement, Trump fielded questions from reporters and was asked about “unidentified objects” and his perspective on them.

“The government knows what is happening,” Trump said in response to reports of “drones” seen flying over New Jersey. “Look, our military knows where they took off from. If it’s a garage, they can go right into that garage. They know where it came from and where it went. And for some reason, they don’t want to comment.”

“I think they’d be better off saying what it is our military knows and what our president knows,” he added, suggesting there’s a lack of transparency at the highest levels of government. “And for some reason, they want to keep people in suspense.”

“I can’t imagine it’s the enemy because it was the enemy that blasted out. Even if they were late, that blast it,” he said, casting doubt on the possibility of a foreign enemy’s involvement. “Something strange is going on. For some reason, they don’t want to tell the people, and they should because the people are really … I mean, they happen to be over Bedminster. We know that. We are very … they’re very close to Bedminster. I think maybe I won’t spend the weekend in Bedminster. I’ve decided to cancel my trip.”

When asked if he’d received an intelligence briefing on the drones, Trump replied, “I don’t want to comment on that.”

At the same event, Trump highlighted a $100 billion investment in the United States by SoftBank.

Masayoshi Son expressed his optimism about the US economy, stating his “confidence level” had “tremendously increased with [Trump’s] victory.” He added, “Because of that – I am committing $100 billion and 100,000 jobs into the United States. This is double of last time … because President Trump is a double-down president.”

Trump described the investment as a demonstration of “monumental confidence in America’s future” and playfully urged Son to double the investment to $200 billion. Son laughed and said he’d try.
