Ex-CIA Officer's Haunting Warning Comes Into Focus After New Orleans Terrorism: 1,000-Man Mass Attack on Homeland

President Joe Biden’s administration appears disinterested in safeguarding Americans, leaving it to citizens to prioritize their own protection.

Last month, during an interview on the widely-followed “Shawn Ryan Show” podcast—hosted by former Navy SEAL and CIA contractor Shawn Ryan—Sarah Adams, a former CIA officer and counterterrorism analyst, issued stark warnings about the current threats posed by Islamic terrorism. According to Adams, the Biden administration's lax enforcement at the southern border has created vulnerabilities that extremists could exploit.

Her concerns became chillingly relevant in light of the tragic terror attack that unfolded early Wednesday morning in New Orleans, Louisiana.

In a clip shared Saturday on X, Adams stated that at least 1,000 Al-Qaeda-trained operatives are already in the United States, potentially planning a large-scale assault similar to Hamas’s devastating Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel.

Adams clarified the composition of these operatives, noting, “The thousand is all of them, so we’re calling it—it’s an Al-Qaeda-planned attack. But within those thousand terrorists, some of them are ISIS.”

The attack in New Orleans has added weight to Adams’s warnings. Authorities identified 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar as the perpetrator who drove a rented white pickup truck into a crowd of New Year’s revelers on Bourbon Street. The attack left 15 dead and 30 injured, with a black ISIS flag prominently displayed on the truck.

Adams also explained that the inclusion of ISIS-aligned individuals complicates the threat landscape. She warned, “The terrorists might have their goal as they’re gonna attack the metro in [Washington] D.C., right? But remember, some of these terrorists are gonna be ISIS. And remember they can change locations.”

“An ISIS guy might go down [to] the metro and say, ‘There’s not many people down here. I’ll kill 20. But there’s [an] event going on. I’m gonna go up there,’ right? Because ISIS just wants mass casualty,” she elaborated.

Adams described the entry route many extremists are using: the treacherous Darien Gap between South and Central America, which has become a known pathway for dangerous criminals entering the U.S.

In addition to planned coordinated attacks, Adams raised concerns about “lone wolves” operating independently. She and Ryan agreed that the nation is unprepared for the challenges ahead.

“I don’t think we’re prepared for anything that’s coming,” Ryan stated.

“Right. We’re not,” Adams confirmed.

Ultimately, Adams’s warnings serve as a critical reminder for Americans to take two essential steps:

  1. Protect the Second Amendment and consider arming yourself responsibly—not to take the law into your own hands but to ensure safety. As the saying goes, only good men with guns can stop bad men with guns.
  2. Pray for the leadership of President-elect Donald Trump and await his anticipated return to the White House.
