Explosive House Report Alleges Biden Engaged in 'Impeachable Offenses' During His Tenure

A recent House report accuses President Joe Biden of betraying public trust to benefit his family financially.

According to Politico, this report, produced by the Oversight, Judiciary, and Ways and Means committees, is a result of the House's ongoing impeachment inquiry into the president.

House Judiciary Republicans shared on X, "Our impeachment inquiry conclusively demonstrates that Joe Biden exploited his public office for the private financial gain of the Biden family and their business associates."

The post continued, emphasizing that "the facts speak for themselves, and Democrats can no longer twist the truth to shield President Biden. As Democrats celebrate Joe Biden and anoint Kamala Harris as his successor this week, Americans must confront the harsh reality of the Biden-Harris Administration: crime, chaos, and corruption."

The post explicitly stated that Biden had committed "IMPEACHABLE OFFENSES."

The report asserts that "overwhelming evidence" shows President Biden was involved in a "conspiracy to monetize his office of public trust for the enrichment of his family."

The report detailed how the Biden family and their business associates allegedly received "tens of millions of dollars from foreign interests," who were led to believe these payments would grant them "access to and influence with President Biden."

The report also claims that during Biden's tenure as vice president under the Obama administration, he "actively participated in this conspiracy," including attending dinners and holding phone conversations with his family's foreign business partners, often while Hunter Biden placed these calls on speakerphone.

Referring to a moment when Biden allegedly told a Russian oligarch, "you be good to my boy," the report argued that "President Biden knowingly participated in this conspiracy."

The report further stated that given the "totality of the evidence," it is inconceivable that Biden did not realize he was part of an effort to "enrich his family by abusing his office of public trust."

The report also claimed that Biden's involvement in these dealings was deliberately hidden, with the "Biden family going to great lengths to conceal this conspiracy."

It detailed how "foreign money was funneled to the Biden family through complex financial transactions," with funds being laundered through intermediary entities and large sums broken into smaller amounts. Efforts were made to obscure President Biden’s involvement in his family’s business dealings, particularly through the actions of Hunter Biden and his associates.

The report also pointed out that with Biden in office, "The Biden-Harris Justice Department has advised key witnesses not to answer questions and instructed others to ignore subpoenas from the Committees."

Additionally, it mentioned that "The Biden-Harris White House has obstructed facts and denied the Committees access to witnesses. President Biden met with Hunter Biden before Hunter refused to comply with his subpoenas for testimony, and the White House confirmed that President Biden was aware in advance of Hunter’s actions."

Describing the findings as "egregious," the report accused President Biden of conspiring "to commit influence peddling and grift," abusing his office, and "defrauding the United States to enrich his family" through repeated lies.

The report concluded by stating that none of these transactions would have occurred "but for Joe Biden’s official position in the United States government."

Finally, the report stated that there is only one way to address such misconduct in the White House.

"The Constitution provides a clear remedy for a President's blatant abuse of office: impeachment by the House of Representatives and removal by the Senate. Despite the recent misuse of impeachment power by Democrats, the decision to pursue articles of impeachment must not be taken lightly. This report aims to present the evidence gathered so that all Members of the House can evaluate the extent of President Biden's corruption," the report stated.
