Former White House Official Makes Startling Admission About Biden’s Real Condition

A former member of President Joe Biden’s past administration openly acknowledged that they “gaslit” the American public about the true state of the aging president’s health, essentially for the majority of his time in office.
Michael LaRosa, who once held the role of press secretary for former First Lady Jill Biden, shared this revelation during a conversation with Puck journalist Tara Palmeri at the Sine Institute of Policy and Politics at American University. According to a report from Fox News, LaRosa admitted that the administration worked diligently to keep Biden away from unscripted media exposure.
He revealed that from “Day One,” they were aware of Biden’s cognitive challenges — and confessed that they deliberately minimized the significance of his declining poll numbers.
“There are some things that are true. I mean, like the gaslighting, there was a lot of denial of the polling. And I will use the term gaslight because that’s what they were doing the campaign, former colleagues,” LaRosa explained.
He continued, saying the internal strategy involved constantly telling everyone that it was “too early” to be concerned with the numbers. “These polls don’t mean well; it became too early, and these polls don’t mean anything,” LaRosa added.
Interestingly, the administration was quick to praise favorable polls when Biden was ahead—but when surveys started showing him significantly trailing former President Donald Trump, the messaging shifted to dismissing those same polls as unreliable.
LaRosa also pointed out that the White House blundered by going after typically friendly media outlets, including The New York Times, for reporting on Biden’s age and cognitive fitness.
“I think if you were watching MSNBC, you probably believed [the White House] and were probably pretty shocked. But if you were, if you were consuming information, consuming data and looking at it objectively and trying to interpret it and process it objectively, then none of it was surprising,” he stated.
LaRosa went on to reveal that Biden’s handlers were extremely wary of allowing him to take impromptu questions from reporters or engage in off-the-cuff interviews.
“They just couldn’t do it. They didn’t have any idea. And they didn’t have the vessel either in Biden, by the way, who would have done anything. He loves TV. He loves doing stuff. It was the orbit that did not trust their own candidate,” he explained.

Meanwhile, Fox News contributor and former pro wrestler Tyrus previously gave his own interpretation of the shocking disclosure that Biden’s aides concealed his cognitive struggles going back to the 2020 campaign. Tyrus discussed the matter during a segment on Friday.
Tyrus’ comments followed anchor Shannon Bream referencing a recent exposé from The Wall Street Journal, which cited nearly 50 sources who confirmed that Biden’s top aides and advisers actively worked to hide his condition throughout his presidency.
Rather than blaming Biden himself, Tyrus placed responsibility squarely on the unelected staffers and advisors who not only hid his struggles but may have effectively governed the country themselves.
“Reported nearly 50 sources, Wall Street Journal, page after page after page of him not meeting with his Cabinet secretaries, people not being able to get in touch with him, no access to him, him being given pre-planned questions, all of this stuff, not one question about that in the briefing today was shocking to me,” Bream remarked.
Tyrus responded sharply: “Interviewing him is criminal. It’s even more criminal to interview him to go down memory lane. It’s not a joke.”
“This man, whatever he was, he used to be, Father Time is doing what Father Time does. He can barely walk. He’s not in these, we know now that the staffers are making decisions and this, that, whatever,” Tyrus elaborated. “His legacy is basically that they knew that he was unfit. We were talking during the break. If they, once they knew, if they cared about the country, they should have put Kamala in two years ago.
“Good, bad, or indifferent, she has her faculties together. Asking him now to come in and talk to Congress is criminal. He does, he cannot do it anymore,” Tyrus concluded.
