Gingrich: Kamala Harris in ‘Early Stages of Collapse’
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich recently expressed his belief that Vice President Kamala Harris has not only reached her peak but is now beginning to lose traction with voters.
His comments follow a series of interviews in which Harris appeared to struggle with her responses, all while affirming her complete alignment with President Joe Biden's policies—policies widely blamed for the economic troubles and international instability.
“My guess is that we are in the early stages of watching her collapse, and that given the objective larger realities that surround her,” Gingrich noted. “I just — my hunch as a historian and occasional novelist is that sometime in the last two weeks, Joe and Jill looked at each other and thought, you know, wouldn’t it be a great legacy if Joe’s the only guy ever to beat Trump?”
“And I think the stuff he’s done to undermine her in the last ten days is — is pretty amazing, and I don’t think it’s an accident,” Gingrich speculated, suggesting that Biden might be intentionally trying to sabotage her candidacy after being forced to abandon his own reelection plans.

Other commentators have started to entertain the idea that Biden could be undermining Harris, with significant anecdotal evidence supporting this theory, as reported by The New York Post.
One notable incident occurred on September 11 at the Shanksville Volunteer Fire Department in Pennsylvania, where President Biden had an interaction with a man who asked him to wear a Trump hat. Biden, while signing the cap, responded, “I ain’t going that far,” but briefly put on the hat to the applause of those present.
Additionally, after Vice President Harris criticized Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, calling him "selfish" for not taking her calls, President Biden openly contradicted her.
“All I can tell you is I’ve talked to Governor DeSantis,” Biden said when asked about the situation.
“He’s been very gracious. He thanked me for all we’ve done. He knows what we’re doing, and I think that’s important,” the president added.
“The governor of Florida has been cooperative. He said he’s gotten all that he needs. I talked to him again yesterday, and I said – no – you’re doing a great job, it’s all being done well and we thank you for it,” Biden remarked last week. “There was a rough start in some places, but every governor, every governor – from Florida to North Carolina – has been fully cooperative and supportive.”
Republican political strategist and Trump campaign advisor Jason Meister also weighed in, telling The New York Post, “Biden is intentionally enacting revenge on Kamala for knifing him in the back."
“He never liked her. The happiest he’s looked in four years was when he put a red [Trump 2024] hat on after speaking with Shanksville, [Pa.] firefighters [last month] on 9/11. He should just come out and endorse Trump,” Meister said.
Democrat strategist Hank Sheinkopf also commented, saying, “It would be absolutely ridiculous to assume that he has no resentment over how he was treated or how, frankly, he was forced out in what some would describe as a coup.”
