Jesse Watters Criticizes Harris Ad Urging Wives to Secretly Vote for Her
Jesse Watters, co-host of The Five, recently mocked a Kamala Harris campaign ad that features Julia Roberts encouraging women with husbands who support Trump to covertly cast their vote for Harris. Watters humorously likened the idea of a wife secretly voting for Harris to “having an affair,” drawing laughs from the other panelists.
Discussing the ad further, Watters referenced his own relationship with wife Emma DiGiovine, which began while he was still married to his first wife, Noelle Inguagiato, in 2018. He joked, “If I found out Emma was going to the voting booth and pulling the lever for Harris, that’s the same thing as having an affair.”
The humorous banter continued with co-host Harold Ford exclaiming, “Oh my God!” and Tyrus interjecting, “Let him finish.” Watters then elaborated, saying such an act would “violate the sanctity of our marriage” and make him question what else she might be hiding.
Tyrus added to the laughs by saying, “Roll the credits,” while former judge and panel member Jeanine Pirro inquired, “Why would she lie to you?” Watters joked further, imagining catching her in the act, saying, “If I caught her and she said, ‘I lied to you for the last four years,’” it would be over. “That would be D-Day!” he quipped, bringing Dana Perino to conclude, “This segment is over!”

Meanwhile, Harris’s campaign events have recently been interrupted by anti-Israel activists. During a rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Harris was labeled a “war criminal” by a whistle-blowing protester. Harris responded to the interruptions with, “Right now I am speaking!” echoing her 2020 debate phrase against then-Vice President Mike Pence.
“We are six days away from an election, and ours is about the fight for democracy and your right to be heard,” Harris asserted after a round of antiwar chants. She repeated, “Everyone has the right to be heard, but right now, I am speaking!” to the crowd’s applause.
Earlier, in Raleigh, North Carolina, another protester accused her of “disrespecting the Palestinian community,” escalating tensions in her campaign trail.

On a related note, pollster Frank Luntz commented on CNN that President Joe Biden’s recent “garbage” remark about Trump supporters might be a “turning point” in the race. Biden had said, “The only people I see floating out there with garbage are his supporters,” a statement the White House later clarified, suggesting he meant only a single “supporter” rather than the entire group.
