Kayleigh McEnany Shares Heartfelt Personal News

Former White House press secretary and current Fox News co-host Kayleigh McEnany shared exciting personal news on Tuesday's episode of "Outnumbered," announcing that she and her husband, Sean Gilmartin, are expecting their third child.
Already a devoted mother to their 5-year-old daughter Blake and 2-year-old son Nash, McEnany revealed the joyful update to her fellow co-hosts and viewers while proudly displaying an ultrasound image of the baby.
“Sean and I are expecting our third child, which we’re so excited about,” she shared.
The announcement sparked enthusiastic reactions from the panel, with her co-hosts celebrating alongside her. McEnany also revealed that she plans to document her pregnancy journey both on social media and throughout the show. Playfully addressing speculation, she assured viewers that her outfit choices—featuring blue shoes and a pink accent—were not intended as hints regarding the baby's gender.
“This is from recently,” she said, holding up the ultrasound picture. “So you can see the baby. It’s very sweet. It’s been a special time.”
McEnany went on to describe how much this moment means to her family, sharing a heartwarming anecdote about her daughter Blake’s affectionate gestures. “She runs up and holds my stomach and says, ‘Let me kiss the baby,’” McEnany recalled.
Reflecting on the profound significance of life, she turned to scripture, quoting Jeremiah 1:5: “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you,” and Luke 12:7, which highlights God's intimate knowledge of every individual’s existence.
“It’s not just a message about my baby,” she explained. “It’s a message about all of you. That’s how much He loves us.”

During a segment last month on "Outnumbered," McEnany referred to a 2017 Washington Post article while discussing government resistance to President Donald Trump’s administration. This came after former Obama administration official Marie Harf voiced concerns over the dismissal of federal employees.
McEnany referenced reports suggesting that some federal employees were deliberately remaining in their positions “out of spite,” intending to wait out Trump’s term rather than resigning.
“I do think that federal employees fall into three buckets. You have the political appointees, some of whom are thrilled that this is happening. They see this as a revolution in government. Then you have this other pot of hardworking federal government employees, I think they don’t care who the president is, I think they care deeply about their job and that pot does exist, but that is not all federal workers,” McEnany stated.
“There are federal workers that have this attitude, this was an NBC anonymous communication that came to them, I saw this a few weeks ago, a federal employee at the Department of Veterans Affairs, ‘A lot of us are going to stay out of spite,’ they said. ‘We’re here for however long we want to be here. I could be here until retirement in 30 years, the Trump Administration is only here for four.’ What’s wrong with trying to root out and employees staying out of spite?” she continued.
Harf pushed back, arguing that such firings were unlawful and criticizing DOGE for what she described as “attacks on public servants.”
“DOGE isn’t managing these people and at the same time, people across the country can’t pay their mortgages or put food on the table for their kids because they got fired from a job they thought had job security. That is not electorally or morally a good plan, I think, for Republicans,” Harf responded.
McEnany then referred back to the Washington Post article: “It’s easy to oversimplify and point to some stories of individuals who got termination notices, but the background is this: This is not a Republican newspaper, conservative newspaper, this is ‘the Washington Post’… years ago: ‘Resistance From Within The Federal Government.'”
