McDonald’s Worker Appears To Mistake Bill Clinton for Biden

Former President Bill Clinton made an unexpected stop at a McDonald’s during a campaign event in Georgia for Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris, surprising both staff and customers alike.

Dressed casually in jeans and a bomber jacket, Clinton had a light-hearted moment when a McDonald’s employee at the counter did not initially recognize him.

As he approached the counter, the worker gazed at him, trying to place the familiar face. The 78-year-old former president took it in stride, extending his hand in greeting.

“You Joe? Mr. Joe?” the employee asked, only for Clinton to politely correct her. “Oh, Bill!” she exclaimed, before stepping out from behind the counter to give him a hug.

Meanwhile, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk raised concerns on his X platform, warning that if former President Donald Trump loses to Vice President Kamala Harris, the consequences could be severe, including the end of future elections.

“Very few Americans realize that, if Trump is NOT elected, this will be the last election. Far from being a threat to democracy, he is the only way to save it!” Musk wrote, responding to another user who pointed out that the Biden-Harris administration is speeding up the process of granting citizenship to migrants at an extraordinary rate.

Musk elaborated, “Let me explain: if even 1 in 20 illegals become citizens per year, something that the Democrats are expediting as fast as humanly possible, that would be about 2 million new legal voters in 4 years. The voting margin in the swing states is often less than 20 thousand votes. That means if the ‘Democratic’ Party succeeds, there will be no more swing states!!”

He continued, “Furthermore, the Biden/Harris administration has been flying ‘asylum seekers,’ who are fast-tracked to citizenship, directly into key swing states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Arizona. It’s a guaranteed way to win every election.”

“Once that happens, America becomes a one-party state, and democracy is over. The only ‘elections’ left will be Democratic Party primaries. This already occurred in California years ago after the 1986 amnesty. The only thing keeping California from collapsing into extreme socialism is that people can still leave the state for other parts of the country. But when one party controls the entire nation, there will be no escape. The whole country could end up like the disaster that is downtown San Francisco,” he concluded.

Musk’s comments seem to reference the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986, which was, interestingly, signed into law by Republican President Ronald Reagan.

The law provided amnesty for undocumented immigrants who had entered the U.S. before January 1, 1984. It also prohibited U.S. companies from knowingly hiring illegal aliens, introduced penalties for employers, and tasked the General Accounting Office (GAO) with investigating employer discrimination against authorized immigrant workers.

At the same time, CNN anchor Jake Tapper surprised viewers by suggesting that Kamala Harris needs to increase her visibility, while implying that Trump currently has the upper hand.

“Are you surprised she’s not doing like five events a day?” Tapper asked Democratic strategist and CNN political commentator Karen Finney during his show on Thursday. “There are only 26 days left, and she should be barnstorming every battleground state with three or four events a day.”

He continued, “Forget about the interviews, okay? I know I’m biased as a reporter—I want interviews.”

“More local news, though,” former Trump White House communications director Michael Dubke chimed in.

“But the local news interviews, town halls—it just doesn’t feel like October with the schedules I’m seeing for both of them,” Tapper remarked. “I kind of think [Trump] has the edge right now.”
