Musk Warns Trump Loss Will Mean ‘Last Election’ For U.S.

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk raised concerns in a post on his X platform on Sunday, warning that if former President Donald Trump is defeated by Vice President Kamala Harris, it could mean the end of future elections.

“Very few Americans realize that, if Trump is NOT elected, this will be the last election. Far from being a threat to democracy, he is the only way to save it!” Musk declared, responding to another user who mentioned that the Biden-Harris administration is hastening the process of granting citizenship to migrants at an extraordinary rate.

“Let me explain: if even 1 in 20 illegals become citizens per year, something that the Democrats are expediting as fast as humanly possible, that would be about 2 million new legal voters in 4 years. The voting margin in the swing states is often less than 20 thousand votes. That means if the ‘Democratic’ Party succeeds, there will be no more swing states!!” Musk added.

He further elaborated, saying, “Moreover, the Biden/Harris administration has been flying ‘asylum seekers,’ who are fast-tracked to citizenship, directly into swing states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Arizona. It is a surefire way to win every election.”

Musk warned of dire consequences, stating, “America then becomes a one-party state and Democracy is over. The only ‘elections’ will be the Democratic Party primaries. This already happened in California many years ago, following the 1986 amnesty. The only thing holding California back from extreme socialism and suffocating government policies is that people can leave California and still remain in America. Once the whole country is controlled by one party, there will be no escape. Everywhere in America will be like the nightmare that is downtown San Francisco.”

Musk seemed to be alluding to the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986, signed into law by Republican President Ronald Reagan. This law granted amnesty to undocumented immigrants who had entered the U.S. before January 1, 1984. It also made it illegal for U.S. businesses to knowingly hire undocumented workers, imposed penalties for such businesses, and tasked the General Accounting Office (GAO) with investigating employer discrimination against authorized immigrant workers, among other provisions.

Musk publicly backed Trump after the first assassination attempt against him during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, back in July.

Earlier this month, a super PAC, significantly funded by Musk, rolled out a series of digital ads targeting swing state voters in support of Trump, using strong and direct messaging.

“If you sit this election out, Kamala and the crazies will win,” one ad on Google’s YouTube platform warns, with over three million views. “You will be stuck with higher costs and more illegals invading our country.”

The ad portrays Trump as an “American Badass,” showing footage of him pumping his fist in the air after the July assassination attempt and urging everyone to “fight, fight, fight!”

One ad from the America PAC on Meta Platforms Inc.’s Facebook reads, “We must STOP Kamala while we can,” and asserts that “Arizona families have had ENOUGH of radical liberals.”

According to Bloomberg News, another Facebook ad features a voice-over in a Russian accent: “Meet Comrade Kamala,” says the 30-second video. “Ready to bring Soviet Union to Michigan.”

On X, another ad reminds viewers of the efforts to remove Trump from the ballot, stating, “They even tried to end his campaign and take him out for good.”
