Obama Allegedly Exposed by Prominent Male Celebrity
Reports indicate that Hollywood actor George Clooney is “furious” with former President Barack Obama for allegedly using him as a “patsy” in a covert effort to remove President Biden from office during the past summer.
“George is furious with Obama for disappearing after the election disaster and leaving him holding the bag for pushing the plan with his Hollywood pals,” a source from the entertainment industry close to Clooney reportedly told RadarOnline. Another insider added, “George feels duped and vows he’s not going to be anyone’s political water boy anymore.”
Clooney recently became a high-profile political figure, notably just weeks after hosting a Hollywood fundraiser for Joe Biden’s re-election campaign. In an opinion piece titled “I Love Joe Biden, But We Need a New Nominee”, published in the New York Times, Clooney called for Biden to step down. This controversial piece emerged shortly after Biden’s widely criticized debate performance in June.
Clooney emphasized his longstanding commitment as a “lifelong Democrat” and expressed his respect for Biden, acknowledging his accomplishments as president. However, he voiced concerns about Biden’s ability to continue leading effectively. “The one battle he cannot win is the fight against time. None of us can. It’s devastating to say it, but the Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago at the fundraiser was not the Joe ‘big F-ing deal’ Biden of 2010. He wasn’t even the Joe Biden of 2020. He was the same man we all witnessed at the debate,” Clooney stated.
“Was he tired? Yes. A cold? Maybe. But our party leaders need to stop telling us that 51 million people didn’t see what we just saw. We’re all so terrified by the prospect of a second Trump term that we’ve opted to ignore every warning sign. The George Stephanopoulos interview only reinforced what we saw the week before. As Democrats, we collectively hold our breath or turn down the volume whenever we see the president, who we respect, walk off Air Force One or walk back to a mic to answer an unscripted question,” he wrote.
Speculation soon arose about a behind-the-scenes plan orchestrated by former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and former Vice President Joe Biden. Reports suggested that Biden was being pressured to resign.
It was alleged that Obama, a longtime ally of Clooney, gave the plan his “green light” to apply pressure on Biden. The strategy reportedly relied on Hollywood stars, whose significant contributions to Biden’s campaign war chest were expected to signal dwindling financial support.
According to multiple sources and confirmations from Pelosi, the architects of the plan aimed for an “open primary process,” selecting a new Democratic nominee during the party’s convention in August. Obama was reportedly “furious” with Biden’s decision to endorse Kamala Harris as Vice President, as he had intended to back Senator Mark Kelly at the Chicago convention.
A report in the New York Post suggested that Biden’s endorsement of Harris was perceived by those close to the former president as a retaliatory “f**k you” to Obama and Pelosi for their role in forcing him to step aside.
Clooney, meanwhile, feels scapegoated for the fallout from Harris’s poor performance. “George feels that he stepped up and took a bullet for the team, and now everyone is complaining about the bloodbath,” another insider told RadarOnline.
