Obama and Biden Sweating BULLETS After Trump's Shock Announcement

President Donald Trump’s newly appointed acting U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York has previously voiced strong opinions against President Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, and twice-unsuccessful presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

Back in 2022, Westchester County attorney John A. Sarcone III, who was then in private practice, referred to Biden as a “traitor” and a “treasoner” in a social media post.

Sarcone went on to say, “The traitor ought to face treason charges,” after Biden shared a New Year’s Eve tweet stating he was “ready to get things done.” Sarcone also referred to Biden as the worst person to hold the presidency.

Moreover, he previously pushed for Clinton’s imprisonment over treason and suggested that Obama should be “the first illegal alien deported,” as reported by Syracuse.com.

Since Sarcone’s appointment to this temporary position did not require Senate confirmation, his background as an attorney—despite lacking prosecutorial experience—was sufficient for the role. He has also been involved with Trump’s political campaigns over the years.

When sworn in on Monday in Albany, Sarcone addressed his lack of prosecutorial experience, emphasizing that what truly defines a good prosecutor is “judgment.”

“I believe the prosecutorial power, and discretion,” he stated, “is best entrusted to those with the full breadth of professional and life experiences, from which common sense, wisdom, and informed judgment emerge.” His top priorities include securing the Canadian border, putting an end to “lawlessness and willful disregard” for federal laws, and tackling consumer fraud, scams, and official corruption.

Additionally, Sarcone noted that federal prosecutors under his leadership would work to ensure students’ rights “to be free from harassment or threats because of their religious beliefs,” potentially signaling increased scrutiny of Upstate colleges and universities.

“Our reach will not stop at prosecuting those who choose to violate our laws, but also those who knowingly support any violations in any way, shape, or form,” he added, according to Syracuse.com.

Meanwhile, the FBI announced on Thursday that they had apprehended a senior MS-13 leader operating on the East Coast.

Authorities confirmed the suspect, a 24-year-old, was taken into custody in Woodbridge, Virginia, located just outside Washington, D.C. While officials have not disclosed his name, they have identified him as one of the top three leaders of MS-13 in the United States.

The arrest was monitored from a nearby tactical operations center by FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi. Reports suggest that Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche Emil Bove was also present.

“Early this morning, one of the top leaders of MS-13 was apprehended. He was the leader for the East Coast, one of the top three in the entire country, right here in Virginia … He is an illegal alien from El Salvador — and he will not be living in our country much longer,” Bondi declared.

“They executed a clean, safe operation, and the bad guy is in custody. And thanks to the FBI, we got one of the worst of the worst of the MS-13 off the streets this morning. Virginia and the country are a lot safer today,” she added.

“From the second Donald Trump took office, he said he is going to make America safe. He shut down our borders and now it’s our job to get these people out of our country… We will not have another Laken Riley,” Bondi emphasized.

“Arrests have increased 468% from the same period last year. We didn’t need new laws, as President Trump always says — we needed a new president,” she continued. “America is safer today because one of the top domestic terrorists in MS-13 is off the streets. This has been an ongoing directive of President Trump. His directive to me when I became Attorney General of the United States was very simple: Keep America safe.”

Patel added: “This task force is going to go everywhere as needed, across the United States to bring the form of justice and measured security and safety that our American citizens deserve… If you are going to continue to commit acts of violent crime, you will meet the same fate that this individual did this morning.”
