Overnight Bombshell Leak Blows MAJOR Biden Scandal Wide Open
President Joe Biden’s connection to Hunter Biden’s business dealings in China has gained renewed scrutiny following the release of recently obtained photos by America First Legal (AFL). These images, acquired through AFL’s legal action against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), appear to depict interactions between Hunter Biden’s Chinese business contacts—some with ties to the Chinese government—and then-Vice President Joe Biden.
The photos, shared by AFL on social media today, reportedly show Hunter and one of his associates being introduced to Chinese President Xi Jinping by Joe Biden during an official visit to Beijing in 2013. Initially framed as a diplomatic mission, this trip is now facing heightened scrutiny over allegations that Joe Biden may have leveraged his political role to benefit his son’s business interests.
Reports indicate that the images capture conversations involving Joe Biden and executives from BHR Partners, a private equity firm co-founded by Hunter Biden. AFL claims these photos bolster findings by the House Oversight Committee earlier this year, which suggested Hunter Biden facilitated introductions between his father and BHR leaders, including Managing Partner Ming Xue and CEO Jonathan Li.
Hunter Biden joined his father aboard Air Force Two for the 2013 Beijing trip, where Jonathan Li allegedly sought to gain political favor. Information disclosed by the Oversight Committee in February alleges that Li successfully accessed “Vice President Biden’s political power,” citing U.S. Ambassador to China Max Baucus as a facilitator. Additionally, testimony from Devon Archer, a former business associate, and emails retrieved from Hunter’s laptop suggest Joe Biden may have penned reference letters for Li’s children.
AFL asserts that NARA originally planned to release the photos on October 23—shortly before the 2024 presidential election—but claims the legal teams for Joe Biden and former President Barack Obama delayed their publication until after Election Day. AFL is pressing forward with legal action, stating that 182 of the 313 photos reviewed by NARA remain unreleased. The Biden family’s association with BHR has drawn significant attention, particularly in light of claims that Hunter received a $250,000 “loan” from Jonathan Li, which was later repaid by Democratic donor Kevin Morris.
The Biden administration has consistently maintained that President Biden was not involved in his son’s business affairs. However, subpoenaed bank records obtained by the House Oversight Committee indicate that in 2019, wire payments from Chinese nationals were made to Hunter Biden, with the recipient address listed as Joe Biden’s Delaware home. Hunter’s legal representatives have attributed this to an “administrative issue,” noting that Hunter used his parents’ residence as his legal address at the time.
Further investigations have uncovered financial connections between the Biden family and a Chinese energy company, with accounts linked to Hunter and his associates reportedly receiving millions of dollars. Earlier this year, a House Oversight report highlighted a $10 million trail of transactions routed through a complex network of corporations tied to foreign entities, including those in China.
On December 1, citing “political motives” behind the charges, President Joe Biden issued a broad pardon for Hunter Biden, covering federal offenses spanning from 2014 to 2024.
