Picture of Trump, Elon Musk Goes Viral After Rally Together

Billionaire Elon Musk urged Pennsylvanians to rally behind the former president in November, joining Donald Trump on stage at a Butler, Pennsylvania rally while sporting a black MAGA hat.

Trump returned to the site of an attempted assassination in July, where he and two of his supporters were shot and wounded. During the rally, Musk took a jab at President Joe Biden for being unable to "climb a flight of stairs" and praised Trump for how he handled the shooting incident.

“As you can see, I’m not just MAGA, I’m dark MAGA,” Musk told the enthusiastic crowd. “The true test of someone’s character is how they behave under fire. And we had one president who couldn’t climb a flight of stairs, and another who was fist pumping after getting shot.”

Musk then urged attendees to encourage their friends and family to register to vote and support Trump, warning that “it will be the last election” if Trump doesn't win in November.

“I think this is the most important election of our lifetime. This is no ordinary election. The other side wants to take away your freedom of speech. They want to take away your right to bear arms. They want to take away your right to vote effectively. You’ve got 14 states now that don’t require voter ID. California, where I used to live, just passed a law banning voter ID for voting,” Musk stated.

“I still can’t believe that’s real. So how are you supposed to have a proper election if there’s no ID? It’s meaningless. Free speech is the foundation of democracy, and if people don’t know what’s going on, if they don’t know the truth, how can you make an informed vote? You need free speech in order to have democracy,” Musk continued.

“That’s why it’s the First Amendment. And the Second Amendment exists to ensure we have the First Amendment. President Trump must win to preserve the Constitution. He must win to preserve democracy in America. So I have one request for everyone in the audience, everyone watching this video, and everyone on the live stream,” he added.

Musk concluded with a powerful call to action: “This request is crucial. Register to vote. And get everyone you know—and even those you don’t know—to register. There are only two days left to register to vote in Georgia and Arizona. 48 hours. Start texting people now, and make sure they follow through and vote. If they don’t, this will be the last election. That’s my prediction. Nothing is more important.”

Following the rally, a photo of Musk and Trump went viral on social media.

Throughout Trump’s 2024 campaign, Musk has been a staunch ally.

At present, a company heavily backed by Musk is overseeing the ground operations for Trump’s campaign in the seven key states most likely to determine the outcome of the 2024 presidential election.

Trump’s "wider ground game operation in crucial battleground states is now largely outsourced to America PAC, the political action committee backed by" Musk, according to a report from The Guardian, which cited multiple sources.

Initially, the Trump campaign had planned for several PACs to be involved in voter outreach efforts. However, with just six weeks left before the election, only America PAC has a significant presence, with 300 to 400 paid and part-time workers canvassing in each of the seven battleground states, according to sources.

America PAC is also the only organization—whether linked to the Trump campaign or not—that is aiming to make three rounds of visits to homes of likely Trump voters in every battleground state before Election Day.
