Pirro Torches Tarlov During Heated Discussion About Women’s Bathrooms

Fox News’ hit show The Five erupted into a fiery debate as co-hosts Judge Jeanine Pirro and Jessica Tarlov clashed over a contentious issue dominating Capitol Hill.

The conversation centered on Sarah McBride, a transgender representative from Delaware, who recently found herself at the heart of a bathroom controversy in Congress.

House Speaker Mike Johnson instructed McBride not to use the women’s facilities, a request to which she reportedly agreed.

The directive followed backlash surrounding Republican Rep. Nancy Mace’s proposed resolution to bar men from using women’s restrooms in Congress. The measure argued that allowing “biological males” into women-only spaces such as restrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms could compromise the “safety and dignity” of female members and staff.

When the topic was brought up on The Five, Pirro and Tarlov engaged in a heated exchange that escalated quickly.

Below is a transcript of the exchange, via Grabien:

TARLOV: “This bill, it’s so nasty, and it’s for no reason. And good on Sarah McBride and good on the Democratic caucus for standing up for her because it’s so lame — “

GUTFELD: “That’s false compassion. That’s false compassion.”

TARLOV: “Really? Why? Do you think — would you ever notice, if Sarah McBride walked into the room, you’ve seen her, would you — “

GUTFELD: “That’s not the point. That’s not the point. What you are doing, you’ve got to step back and look. You are talking about a system that changes for a tiny percentage of people. You are asking a lot of people they have every right to say no.”

TARLOV: “Why didn’t she ever say anything before Sarah McBride existed?”

PIRRO: “Because she is confronted by this stuation in Congress.”

TARLOV: “Nancy Mace is not afraid of Sarah McBride.”

PIRRO: “Didn’t you learn that the American people don’t want this? That the majority of people don’t want to be kowtowing to a .01% of people who want to enter into my bathroom? I don’t want a guy who is dressed as a woman, who thinks he’s a woman, whether he has his thing or not, I don’t want him in my bathroom. I don’t want to think about him. I don’t want to Wash my hands near him. I don’t want him in there. You know what? Get your own freaking bathroom. Go in your own unisex — “

TARLOV: “She has her own bathroom.”

PIRRO: “Go in your own unisex bathroom.”

WATTERS: “What? She has own bathroom?”

PIRRO: “Wait a minute. All members of Congress have their own bathroom.”

TARLOV: “She said, ‘I will use my own bathroom.’”

PIRRO: “But you know what, good for Nancy Mace. Nancy Mace is doubling down and saying, on all federal properties. And by the way, people like Seth Moulton, we were giving him so much credit, why did he wait until after the election to talk about the fact, about men in girls’ sports? Why did he wait? Because they don’t have the chutzpah. Now that they lost, you better learn why you lost. You claim to be so tolerant. You are not tolerant at all. You have to be tolerant of the majority and they have to work their way around the majority. They’re not equal to everybody else in terms of Title IX, they are not a specific category. So fight in your own category and go to the bathroom in your own category.”
