Right After Trump Announces VP, Biden Makes SICK Move

President Joe Biden has responded to former President Donald Trump’s selection of Senator J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) as his running mate, announced Monday evening at the start of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

His campaign released an ad on X stating, “Protect Democracy,” and “Defeat Trump-Vance” just a day after Biden called for lowering the national temperature following the assassination attempt on Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

“While we may disagree, we are not enemies,” Biden addressed the nation Sunday evening, a day after the attack. “The political rhetoric in this country has gotten very heated. It’s time to cool it down. And we all have a responsibility to do that.”

Jen O’Malley Dillon, Biden’s campaign manager, also included some strong language that Trump supporters argue could have contributed to the assassination attempt.

“Donald Trump picked J.D. Vance as his running mate because Vance will do what Mike Pence wouldn’t on Jan. 6: bend over backwards to enable Trump and his extreme MAGA agenda, even if it means breaking the law and no matter the harm to the American people,” she stated.

NBC reported that two sources indicated the Biden campaign will characterize Vance as “extreme.”

Vance is among a growing number of Republicans and Trump supporters criticizing Biden, Democrats, and their left-wing media allies for using dangerous language to describe the former president, rather than focusing on Biden’s record as president, which has been criticized in areas such as the economy, the border, and foreign policy.

“Today is not just some isolated incident. The central premise of the Biden campaign is that President Donald Trump is an authoritarian fascist who must be stopped at all costs. That rhetoric led directly to President Trump’s attempted assassination,” Vance wrote in the hours following the assassination attempt.

Sources claim that the man authorities believe tried to kill former President Donald Trump managed to access the rally’s roof by scaling over an air conditioning unit next to the structure.

Despite law enforcement reports that Thomas Matthew Crooks may have purchased a 5-foot ladder from Home Depot before the shooting, the ladder was not used to scale the roof and was not found there.

“Investigators said Tuesday they found a remote transmitter in the suspect’s pocket that may have been intended to set off two suspicious devices found in the suspect’s car and one in his home, according to law enforcement sources. Devices at both locations were similarly constructed in ammunition containers using components including receivers that appear to have been paired with the remote control found in the suspect’s pocket,” ABC News reported.

“The receivers in each device were connected to a series of components that investigators say met the ‘eye test’ — having parts present that could have made viable devices, although the functionality of the devices is still being determined. The purpose of the devices is also unknown. Whether they were intended to cause a significant blast effect and hurt people or if they were designed to create smoke, fire and a low-grade blast for a diversion is unclear,” the outlet added.
