Rob Schneider To Launch New Woman’s Show To Compete With ‘The View’

Actor and comedian Rob Schneider has unveiled plans for a new women’s talk show under his media company, presenting it as a counter to ABC’s The View.
“‘No Apologies Media,’ my new company, we’re going to do an all-ladies talk show that won’t be like ‘The View,’” Schneider stated. “It will be the opposite because this will be entertaining. It’ll be funny,” he remarked while speaking on “Fox News @ Night.”
“It’ll have funny women on it that are going to tell jokes and tell stories, and health and wellness,” he elaborated.
The upcoming show is set to include “household names,” according to the comedian, and is expected to begin production prior to President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, as reported by Fox News.
Schneider first hinted at the project late last year, emphasizing that, unlike “The View,” this talk show aims to bring laughter instead of “shaming them” with political discourse.
“People are sick of it,” he said regarding divisive politics. “We’re going to have an entertaining show with people — from all over America. We’re not just trying to bring people who are angry and bitter and reinforcing their political echo chamber,” he added.

Schneider has increasingly voiced concerns about threats to free speech in America.
In his book, You Can Do It!, named after his well-known movie catchphrase, Schneider encourages Americans to openly express their opinions and actively uphold their First Amendment rights.
“Now’s the time to stand up. Now’s the time for courage. I mean, this government and our freedoms require something – eternal vigilance. Or we’ll lose it,” he told Fox News Digital following his book release in September.
“Unfortunately, my book is timely, and I mean that because it’s unfortunate that we need to have to talk about and reinforce what this nation is – one of its principal foundational beliefs – which is that, freedom of speech is the First Amendment, not third, not fourth, not even second,” he remarked at the time.
Referencing the nation's history, he told Fox News: “Even before guns. Our government, our Founding Fathers, realized that the real weapon to prevent tyranny, and this nation turning to tyranny – even more important than guns – was unfettered free speech.”
Alongside personal reflections on his experiences with legendary comedians such as David Spade and Chris Farley, Schneider’s book highlights some of the most captivating aspects of comedic history, offering brief profiles of influential 20th-century American comedians. Many of these pioneers risked their careers—and, at times, even their safety—to deliver humor that challenged societal norms.
These stories reinforce a major theme of the book: comedians have historically played a key role in defending Americans’ First Amendment rights by testing the limits of public discourse.
Schneider stressed that this role is especially crucial today, as media entities and major corporations, which he asserts have been “captured” by liberal ideologies, increasingly silence opposing viewpoints.
Discussing the current state of free speech, he told Fox News that it remains under threat, particularly from the Democratic Party and Vice President Kamala Harris’s vision for the country.
“And that is under attack by these, you know, Marxists in our government, and I say Marxist in the traditional meaning of it. We are dealing with – Kamala Harris is a Marxist. Democrats don’t watch free speech… Our system is corrupt, and if you want it to continue to get more corrupt then f—–g vote for Kamala,” he asserted.
“At what point do we have to take responsibility and say ‘Enough’? Or unless, we are just going to give it over,” he questioned, noting that his book is his way of declaring “Enough.”
“I’m one of those people. I wrote a book. I’m doing what I can daily. I’m telling people if they want to listen to it, they can listen to it,” he said.
