Rob Schneider to Launch New Women’s Talk Show as Alternative to ‘The View’

Comedian and actor Rob Schneider has announced the creation of a new women’s talk show through his media company, aiming to provide an alternative to ABC’s The View.

“‘No Apologies Media,’ my new company, we’re going to do an all-ladies talk show that won’t be like ‘The View,’” Schneider stated. “It will be the opposite because this will be entertaining. It’ll be funny,” he shared during his appearance on “Fox News @ Night” on Monday.

He went on to explain, “It’ll have funny women on it that are going to tell jokes and tell stories, and health and wellness.”

According to the comedian, the upcoming show will include “household names” and is set to begin filming episodes before President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, as reported by Fox News.

The former “Saturday Night Live” cast member emphasized that, unlike “The View,” his new talk show is designed to bring humor rather than “shaming” viewers with political content.

“People are sick of it,” Schneider remarked regarding political divisiveness. “We’re going to have an entertaining show with people — from all over America. We’re not just trying to bring people who are angry and bitter and reinforcing their political echo chamber,” he added.

Schneider has been outspoken about his concerns regarding free speech in America.

In his book, You Can Do It!, named after his well-known movie catchphrase, he encourages Americans to speak freely and defend their First Amendment rights.

“Now’s the time to stand up. Now’s the time for courage. I mean, this government and our freedoms require something – eternal vigilance. Or we’ll lose it,” he told Fox News Digital following the book’s launch in September.

“Unfortunately, my book is timely, and I mean that because it’s unfortunate that we need to have to talk about and reinforce what this nation is – one of its principal foundational beliefs – which is that, freedom of speech is the First Amendment, not third, not fourth, not even second,” he explained.

Reflecting on America’s foundational values, Schneider told Fox News: “Even before guns. Our government, our Founding Fathers, realized that the real weapon to prevent tyranny, and this nation turning to tyranny – even more important than guns – was unfettered free speech.”

Schneider’s book also shares personal insights into his relationships with comedy legends such as David Spade and Chris Farley. Additionally, it features profiles of prominent 20th-century American comedians who took risks—sometimes endangering their careers or even their lives—to challenge societal norms with their humor.

A key theme in the book highlights how comedians have historically led the fight for First Amendment rights by pushing the boundaries of public discourse. Schneider believes this role is more important now than ever, as he claims powerful corporations and media outlets have been “captured” by leftist ideologies that suppress opposing views.

Discussing the current state of free speech, Schneider asserted that the greatest threats come from within the Democratic Party, particularly in Vice President Kamala Harris’s vision for the country.

“And that is under attack by these, you know, Marxists in our government, and I say Marxist in the traditional meaning of it. We are dealing with – Kamala Harris is a Marxist. Democrats don’t want free speech… Our system is corrupt, and if you want it to continue to get more corrupt then f—–g vote for Kamala,” he said.

“At what point do we have to take responsibility and say ‘Enough’? Or unless, we are just going to give it over,” he questioned, adding that his book serves as his personal declaration of “Enough.”

“I’m one of those people. I wrote a book. I’m doing what I can daily. I’m telling people if they want to listen to it, they can listen to it,” he concluded.
