Talk Between Biden and Obama Revealed: Kamala Won't Like It

A recent report suggests that President Joe Biden and former President Barack Obama shared some candid thoughts about Vice President Kamala Harris during Ethel Kennedy’s funeral on Wednesday.

The report, published by the New York Post, claims the newspaper hired a professional lip reader to interpret the private exchange between Biden and Obama, which was caught on camera but not picked up by microphones.

According to the Post, this conversation sparked significant interest, as it seemed to offer an inside look into the thoughts of the two prominent Democrats.

“She’s not as strong as me,” Biden allegedly remarked, according to the Post.

“I know … that’s true,” Obama reportedly responded, based on the lip-reading expert’s interpretation.

Obama then added, “We have time.”

“Yeah, we’ll get it in time,” Biden replied.

Earlier in the conversation, Obama supposedly stated, “It’s important that we have some time together.”

The Post speculated that this statement referred to Obama potentially campaigning on Harris’s behalf.

The lip reading was reportedly conducted by Jeremy Freeman, “a London-based forensic lip reader who has been deaf since birth and has served as a University College London-certified expert witness for 16 years, assisting litigants, police, and journalists.”

The Post also sought reactions from Democratic insiders, pointing out that Harris’s name was not explicitly mentioned during the conversation.

One unnamed Democratic source told the Post, “From the beginning, there were concerns that Harris wouldn’t be a strong alternative to Biden, who was already struggling. Multiple members of the House even floated the idea of an open convention or replacing both Harris and Biden on the ticket.”

The source added, “Democrats essentially traded one problem for another and now face a less appealing candidate.”

Andrew Bates, a spokesperson for Biden, dismissed the report.

“A ‘lip reading expert’? Couldn’t your usual right-wing fortune teller be reached? Only President Biden and President Obama know what they discussed, and it certainly wasn’t this,” Bates said.

Additionally, two former White House officials who support Harris and worked with Biden questioned the accuracy of the lip reader’s account, according to the Post.
