WATCH: Trump Arrives at UFC 299 with Daughter Ivanka. The Crowd Goes Wild.

Donald Trump, accompanied by his daughter Ivanka, made a prominent appearance at UFC 299 in Miami on Saturday night following a rally in Rome, Georgia earlier in the day.

The former President entered the arena during the undercard before the Sean O’Malley-Marlon Vera main event, sharing the cage-side spotlight with UFC's founder, Dana White. Trump, as in previous UFC appearances, received a warm reception from fans, with applause echoing through the arena alongside a Kid Rock anthem.

Noteworthy encounters occurred during the event, including a meeting with Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, who greeted Trump in a vibrant Hawaiian shirt. The two exchanged quick pleasantries, highlighting Portnoy's previous support for Trump despite his recent endorsement of Nikki Haley's GOP presidential nomination campaign.

Former ESPN host Sage Steele was also seen conversing with Trump. Steele, known for her criticism of trans athletes in women’s sports and opposition to ESPN’s COVID-19 vaccination mandate, has gained popularity among Trump supporters.

Dana White, a staunch Trump supporter, has consistently aligned himself with the former President, even in the face of sponsor objections. White shared an incident when a sponsor demanded the removal of a video featuring Trump from his personal social media. In response, White firmly stated, ‘Go f*** yourself,’ emphasizing his commitment to being aligned with those he supports.

Trump's affinity for UFC and Dana White has grown, leading to multiple appearances at UFC events in recent months. However, one notable figure who has not embraced Trump is Joe Rogan, a popular podcast host and UFC commentator. Despite attempts by Trump's team to book Rogan on the show, Rogan has consistently declined, expressing his lack of support for the former President.

Even without Rogan's endorsement, Trump continues to praise the UFC, drawing parallels to the election process during his rally in Rome. He commended Dana White's leadership and humorously remarked, ‘I hope he doesn’t run for office against me. He’s done a fantastic job. It’s an easier business than politics.’
